1.Warranty period

1.1 The warranty period is one year for whole units, and half a year for accessories since the products are being packaged.

1.2 We can extend the warranty period under special cases, the period should obey the sales contract. But the period for the accessories should be under one year.

1.3 The product can be changed for a new one if it is defective in three months after being packaged.

1.4 The warranty period is half a year since the accessories are sold out.

1.5 We will only charge for the material when it is out of warranty.

1.6 The incidental accessories (CD, and manual) are not in the region of warranty.

2.Service promise

2.1 It can be repaired for free, while the product is in warranty.

2.2 The product will be maintained all its life.

2.3 Toll-free hotline is 800-830-2176, and we will provide the consultations for free.

2.4 We will record the problems when we receive any reparative notifications, and answer the clients as soon as possible.

2.5 We can provide door-to-door service if the problems cannot be solved by phone. Our engineers will arrive in 72 hours and repair it on the same day. If it cannot be solved, we will provide you a standby monitor.

3.Warranty card

While there are any qualitative problems on the monitor in warranty, you can apply for repairing by warranty card. If your warranty card is lost, the warranty date starts from the release date. If there is not release date, the product would be disposed as out of warranty.

4.Disposing Out of Warranty

These cases are out of warranty, and we can provide maintenance by charging.

4.1 The product is out of warranty date.

4.2 Do not use it according to the manual and damage it.

4.3 Repairing not by our appointed engineer that makes the product damaged.

4.4 Damaged by the irresistible force, or the natural calamities.

4.5 Damaged by accidents or anthropic factors (containing computer virus, not the suitable input voltage).

4.6 Damaged by other forces not containing product designing, technology, manufacture and qulity.
